As a woman over 50, I truly understand the obstacles faced as we age - hormones, stress and sleep and how all of these play a pivotal role in our ability to age gracefully. Now more than ever, it is important to continue building muscle to not only make us stronger, but to provide strong bones and prevent major injuries and illnesses that many people over 40 and 50 experience. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. With exercise, I want you to discover what you are capable of and see real progress in your strength. There is a lot more than scale weight and a sculpted figure to being "healthy", let me help you navigate the areas you need the most help.
